Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing provides direct access to the principals of the school and encourages students and employers to direct all appeals or grievances resulting from written or verbal results to either of the principals by contacting the office administrator to arrange a suitable meeting. Where a grievance cannot be resolved internally Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing would recommend the student or the employer to contact the Apprenticentre or the Retail and Personal Services Training Council

Grievance and Appeals Mechanism

Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing ensures that students and clients have access to a fair and equitable process for dealing with grievances.

Every effort is made by Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing to resolve student/client grievances in relation to training and assessment results.

Where a grievance relating to training/assessment cannot be resolved mutually, the Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing will advise the student of an appropriate advisory body external to the school where they can seek further assistance.

Should a dispute arise, the parties involved will attempt to resolve the dispute in an informal manner.

Should it be necessary to resort to a formal dispute mechanism, the school will seek outside assistance for resolution.

The Industry Training Council has independent conciliators who can assist.

Taylorweir International School of Hairdressing will maintain appropriate records of disputes.
